All items are non-refundable, but can be exchanged for an alternative size if within 14 days of receiving the item.
Please note: We support small local businesses for our embroidery. This means that items may not be identical and there may be slight imperfections.
Once an item is purchased, we will bring it to the next class you attend within 1 week (if applicable). This excludes made to order items which will take up to two weeks.
