Hey Beauties! Amy & Nikisha here, founders of Beauty & the Bevel.
We first met five years ago in a dance class and quickly bonded over our mutual heels obsession. Little did we know then that our shared love would eventually become a whole company. After a one-off Valentine’s workshop in 2023, it became clear to us there was a real need for a company that welcomes dancers of all levels, offering a supportive and uplifting environment where they can grow.
And so, fast forward to November 2023, when we officially launched Beauty & the Bevel!
What started as a passion project has blossomed into a thriving community where every dancer is celebrated.
At Beauty & The Bevel, we aim to help every woman who dances with us feel beautiful, confident, and strong. We believe in helping women step into their power and fully embrace their individuality. We’re passionate about providing a fun, inclusive space where women can learn the art of heels dance, whilst prioritising solid technique and safe training. We believe in creating a place where women can connect with each other and express themselves freely. Our community is the heart of everything we do, and we can’t wait to welcome you into it.

Entry Level/Beginner
Heels
Our Entry Level/Beginner Heels class is perfect for those just starting their journey in heels, or for those wanting to strip it back to basics. Each movement is fully broken down, and choreography is spread over two weeks. This is a supportive and welcoming space to grow your skills and confidence. No prior experience necessary — just bring your energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to try something new!
MONDAYS 6:30PM-7:45PM
Commercial
Looking to switch up your routine and grow as a versatile dancer? Commercial is the perfect way to challenge yourself. This style will allow you to explore your performance, learn new grooves and test your choreography retention. This open level class is ideal for anyone wanting to expand their repertoire and grow stronger in a welcoming and encouraging space.
WEDNESDAYS 8:45PM - 10PM
Technique Thursdays
Introducing Beauty & the Bevel - Broken Down! A class designed to take it back to basics. With a new focus each week, this class will cover everything from the fundamentals such walks, weight transfers and turns to more advanced skills. This class is perfect for beginners wanting to learn the basics and equally for the more advanced dancer wanting to brush up on their technique. Spaces are limited to allow for focused feedback.

Improver/Intermediate
Heels
THURSDAYS 8PM - 9:30PM
Our Improver/Intermediate Heels class is designed for dancers with some prior experience, or those who want a bit more of a push. This class moves at a slightly faster pace with a focus on choreography and performance. Intermediate level routines are taught over one or two weeks, but we ensure that everyone is supported by offering modifications for more advanced moves and breaking down each step thoroughly.
